Athletic Benefits of Owning a Sunrise Spa

All types of athletes, professional and non-professional can use hot tubs to help aid in repairing sore muscles and injuries caused by sport training. Athletic performance can be improved by using your Sunrise Spa before and after you do any sort of training/exercising.
Before You Exercise: Soaking in a spa before exercising relaxes and loosens your muscles, making exercise easier. This also reduces the risk of an injury happening. For some people it even helps improve your athletic performance.
After You Exercise: Soaking in a spa after exercising helps you wind down from the physical strain on your muscles by relaxing them. The hot water and jets help to massage your body muscles. Using a hot tub after exercising also helps to reduce and sometimes eliminate the soreness in your muscles the next day.
Note: If you have a sports injury, it is always best to consult with your physician before using a hot tub. To treat sports injuries the swollen area usually needs to be treated with cold first. A Physician will probably advise to avoid hot water until swelling of the injury has decreased. When the swelling is gone, a hot tub will likely speed the healing process.
