Note: If you have a sports injury, it is always best to consult with your physician before using a hot tub. To treat sports injuries the swollen area usually needs to be treated with cold first. A Physician will probably advise to avoid hot water until swelling of the injury has decreased. When the swelling is gone, a hot tub will likely speed the healing process.
